I made the mussels in cream recipe for dinner tonight. I am still sitting here in awe. This was so good! I think I ate half of a baguette just dipping it in the cream sauce. WOW! Paired it with a Napa chardonnay that played very well. Thank you! Cannot wait to make this for my friends!

I can't get enough of ex-pats sharing their stories of life in Europe! I'm super envious and tied to the US for elderly family purposes, but I'm totally living vicariously until I can get over there again! Thanks so much for sharing. Many of us need these stories!
